What happens next
After the enrollment form is submitted, we can help you and your patient get started right away.

Welcome call
A HemAssist Case Manager will reach out to the patient to help onboard them to the program.

Insurance investigation
A HemAssist Case Manager will verify the patient’s insurance coverage and assess which financial assistance programs they may be eligible for.

Treatment shipment
The HemAssist team will help coordinate medication delivery. Our team can also triage the prescription to the specialty pharmacy if you prefer.
