The Oracle Score Oxford asthma attack risk scale tool was developed by Simon Couillard and William Do, for Locomotive.

The tool used a prototype risk assessment based on five variables which include biomarkers (blood eosinophils + FeNO), current asthma treatment intensity and other clinical risk factors which are used to show a predicted number of severe asthma attacks to occur in the following year if treatment is not changed.
