This case study was provided by&nbsp;Dr Maria Losa Maroto&nbsp;and Laura Hazlett&nbsp;from&nbsp;University Hospital Birmingham&nbsp;and provides an overview of a 41-year-old male patient who suffered with cGVHD in&nbsp;several organs.&nbsp;This patient experienced notable improvements in various organs and overall quality of life after starting REZUROCK treatment, following previous lines of therapy.&nbsp;

This case study,&nbsp;provided by Dr. John Murray &amp; Dr. Sally Pickering, Advanced Practitioners in Haematology transplant at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust&nbsp;gives an overview of a patient who had initiated REZUROCK relatively soon after cGVHD diagnosis which affected multiple organs including the big muscles group, mouth, skin, liver, eyes and genitals.

Case Study 2: Treatment of Early cGVHD

This case study was provided by Dr. Mariam Amer &amp; Dr. Amy Creighton from Southampton University Hospital and presents a patient with significant cutaneous manifestations and organs involvement including Skin (NIH 3), Joints (NIH 3), Liver&nbsp;and Lungs.

Case Study 3: Treatment of Cutaneous cGVHD

This case study was provided by Dr. Serpil Vieira from Barts Health NHS, and demonstrates how REZUROCK was used successfully as a last-resort treatment for a patient with extensive sclerotic skin involvement and additional complications affecting the mouth, lungs, and GI tract.

This case study was provided by&nbsp;Dr Alex Glover (Consultant Haematologist) &amp; Lynne Watson (Clinical Nurse Specialist) from Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust.&nbsp;The case study examines a patient with severe chronic GVHD primarily affecting the lungs (NIH 3), with additional involvement of the eyes (NIH 2)&nbsp;and oral cavity (NIH 2)&nbsp;prior to starting on REZUROCK.

Case Study 5: Treatment of Severe cGVHD with NIH 3 Lung GVHD

This case study was&nbsp;provided by&nbsp;Dr Kirsty Sharplin (Consultant in Haematology) &amp; Francesca Toselli (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) from the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.&nbsp;The case study highlights a patient with chronic GVHD primarily affecting the oral cavity (NIH 2), with additional liver involvement (NIH 2).

Case Study 6: Treatment of Oral cGVHD

This case study was provided by Dr Pakhshan Farshi, Consultant Haematologist at the Manchester Royal Infirmary and&nbsp;examines a patient with severe gastrointestinal cGVHD (NIH Grade 3-4), complicated by blood sugar instability and mobility issues prior to treatment with REZUROCK.

Case Study 7: Treatment of Gut cGVHD

This case study&nbsp;was provided by Dr Sandra Easdale &amp;&nbsp;Dr Chloe Anthias, Consultant Haematologists at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London&nbsp;and&nbsp;provides an overview of a patient who suffered with severe cGVHD affecting the lungs, skin and muscles.
