Toujeo® versus insulin glargine 100 units/mL in T2DM
EDITION 1, EDITION 2 and EDITION 3 - meta-analysis2,3,12-14
All individual trials met their primary endpoints: non-inferiority to insulin glargine 100 units/mL in HbA1c reduction from baseline to 6 month12-14
Hypoglycaemia is the most frequent adverse reaction observed in clinical trials conducted with Toujeo®.7 Other common adverse effects are lipohypertrophy and injection site reactions.7
